“Finally I am coming to the conclusion that my highest ambition is to be what I already am. That I will never fulfill my obligation to surpass myself unless I first accept myself, and if I accept myself fully in the right way, I will already have surpassed myself.” - Thomas Merton

This quote rang so true to me when I read it that I decided to name this space after it, because after all becoming more of what we already are is simply coming closer and closer to living out the greatness that God placed within us when we were created. 

I'm Brandi a 27 year old person trying to step into this greatness and be the saint I'm called to be (a work in progress always) but luckily I have some help in the form of a husband. 

His name is Kyle and we work on sanctifying each other.... we are well balanced in our sometimes opposite strengths and weaknesses. Together we are a little team along with our funny and sweet (sometimes stubborn) three year old boy Leander, his much anticipated sibling who is due to arrive in November,  and with the intercession of our two babies who are in heaven.
